In this section find:

During the 70's and for 20 years El Casco was a famous seaside lodge that attracted tourists from all over the world with its European glamor atmosphere and the warmth of its owners and hosts Alfred and Ruth von Ellrichshausen. The hotel passed through successive owners and closed its doors for seven years until Ignacio Gutiérrez Zaldívar bought the property.

The new building was built with a classical but contemporary premise, preserving the spirit that was imprinted by its former owners; Preserves the old Casco spirit of hospitality and care for detail.

Art Collection

It presents in all its areas the Zurbaran Collection , which includes original paintings and sculptures by 40 great Argentine artists, such as Pablo Curatella Manes , Fernando Fader , Benito Quinquela Martín , Cesáreo Bernaldo de Quirós and Raúl Soldi . It is our distinctive and unequaled added value that you will enjoy during your stay.

The decoration stands out for sobriety, where the well-distributed furniture does not compete with the works of art that are the hallmark. The works have been arranged in different areas of the hotel; Each space has its own imprint and invites to contemplation and enjoyment.

The gardens, designed by the engineer Carlos Thays (great-grandchild), have sculptures by Argentinian and European artists.
